Syrup manufacturing
Viscous syrups and suspensions, mixed and filled in-house.
HBM manufactures supplement syrups — viscous, often-suspension liquids — on jacketed vessels with sweeping-blade mixing for uniform suspension. Syrups fill on semi-automatic lines across the 3ml–64oz range. Liquid MOQ is 3,000 units or 150 liters.
Syrup systems
Syrups are higher-viscosity liquids, often carrying suspended actives or botanicals. HBM’s jacketed vessels with sweeping blades keep solids evenly suspended and allow controlled heating and cooling for sugar or sugar-alternative syrup bases.
Suspension and stability
Uniform suspension is the hard part of a syrup. Sweeping-blade mixing plus formula work on viscosity and suspending agents keeps the product consistent from the first bottle to the last in a run.
Fill and packaging
Syrups fill on semi-automatic lines across the 3ml–64oz range, in bottles sized to the brand’s dose and retail format. Label and packaging are handled turnkey.
