HBM runs its gummy manufacturing equipment in-house at a St. Petersburg, FL facility. Four continuous depositing stations are each rated 300KG/hour; two run at a time for a combined 600KG/hour, or 3,000,000 gummies per day and 90,000,000 per month. Two automatic packaging lines fill 40,000 60-count bottles per day, and a sachet filler runs 50,000 sachets per day. Lines support sugar and sugar-free clean-label pectin systems, five gummy sizes from 2g to 6g, and standard or custom molds.

Depositing

Four continuous depositors run the pectin base into molds. Each is rated 300KG/hour and two operate at a time, giving a combined 600KG/hour. Gummy sizes run 2g, 3g, 4g, 5g and 6g (3.75g average), with active loads typically 10–17% and up to 33%. Both sugar and sugar-free clean-label systems are supported, including starchless production.

Packaging

Two automatic packaging lines fill 40,000 60-count bottles per day (1,200,000 per month). A sachet and stick-pack filler adds 50,000 single-serve units per day (1,500,000 per month). Label and packaging are handled turnkey.

Molds

Cube and Gum Drop molds are standard. Custom molds start at roughly $20,000 and vary by complexity, letting brands run a distinctive shape at scale.
