Liquid manufacturing equipment

Jacketed mixing vessels and automated packaging lines, all in-house.

HBM’s liquid manufacturing runs on four jacketed mixing vessels — three 500L and one 1,000L, 2,500L total — each fitted with a high-speed roto-stator and sweeping blades for emulsions, suspensions, and liposomals. Packaging runs on five semi-automatic lines plus one fully automatic line, producing up to 25,000 liters per day. Liquid MOQ is 3,000 units or 150 liters.

Mixing vessels

Four jacketed vessels (three 500L and one 1,000L, 2,500L combined) carry high-speed roto-stators and sweeping blades. Jacketing allows temperature control for heat-and-cool steps; the roto-stator shears emulsions and liposomals; sweeping blades keep suspensions uniform.

Packaging lines

Five semi-automatic lines fill the 3ml–64oz range at about 10,000 units per day each. One fully automatic line runs 0.5oz–4oz at 30,000 units per day. Combined liquid output reaches 25,000 liters per day.

Systems supported

Water-based, oil-based, emulsion, liposomal, and suspension systems are all produced on this equipment — covering tinctures, shots, syrups, and functional beverages.
